Particular enriches understanding, strategy, and experiences through communicative design

We create identities, interfaces, ads, packaging, books, maps, graphs, games, posters, proposals, reports, brochures, websites, products, and services in the context of multichannel experiences.

We conduct design research in offices, homes, and stores for such companies as AT&T, Marriott, Cox Communications, Coca-Cola, The W.K. Kellogg Foundation and Whole Foods.

The common theme through our work is crystallizing communication through a combination of strategy and aesthetics – connecting what is intended with what is experienced and understood.

This involves conveying nuance and complexity through visualized information, writing, and well-crafted media. We create communication products that inform and inspire my clients' employees and customers.

Our brand work includes contextual research, analysis, experience modeling, and strategy. Other projects include identity systems, brand standards, and guidelines for communication and visualization.

With a semiotic approach, we focus on how meaning is formed and experienced in visual and textual language at customer touchpoints.

Particular helps clients shape these systems of meaning around their core values, messaging intentions, and business objectives.
