Co-founded and led design consultancy Matter for 15 years, providing mission-critical, human-centered experience design, strategy, and research to great clients like Marriott, The Economist, and The W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Previously worked in UX at Sapient, won several awards for communications and web design at Merge, and designed games, books, logos, packaging, and marketing for White Wolf as an art director and illustrator.
